Is the entrance to the Alcazar of Seville included when booking a guided tour?
If you make a reservation request that includes a guided tour of the Royal Alcazar, you will not receive your tickets via email. Once your reservation is confirmed, you must go on the day and time of your guided tour (arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour) to the meeting point indicated in the confirmation email. There you will receive your tickets from our staff and begin your visit with your guide.
Is the ticket to the Alcazar of Seville included when booking a product with audio guide?
If you make a reservation request with an audio guide, you must follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email to download or collect it.
What documentation is required to access the Alcazar of Seville?
It is mandatory to bring your original physical identity document (ID card) or passport to visit the Alcazar of Seville.
Do children need tickets?
Everyone needs a ticket to access the monument, regardless of age. Without a ticket, entry is not allowed.

What happens if the Alcazar of Seville closes to the public?
In exceptional cases, the monument notifies us of its closure with very short notice. In that case, we can reschedule your visit for another day or refund 100% of your payment. The closure of the monument is a rare occurrence.
