How and when will I receive my tickets?
1. Booking confirmed
After completing your purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation email. If the tickets are nominative, you will always receive a form to fill in your personal details by email, WhatsApp, and SMS. It is essential to complete it within 30 minutes of the booking in order to issue the tickets correctly.
2. Ticket delivery
Our delivery commitment is:
- Up to 24 hours before the visit for advance bookings.
- Up to 1 hour before the visit for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance.
Once the tickets are available, you will receive them by email and, additionally, we may send them via WhatsApp and/or SMS for your convenience. In addition, 24 hours before your visit, you will receive an automatic reminder through the same channels.
3. Exception: tours with on-site ticket delivery
For guided tours, tickets are not sent in advance, as they are handed directly to the customer by the guide.
- Tickets are delivered at the meeting point on the day and time of the visit.
- The customer must go to the meeting point indicated in the confirmation email.
The type of tour purchased (digital delivery or on-site delivery) is clearly indicated in the booking confirmation email sent immediately after purchase.
Is the ticket to enter the Alcázar of Seville included?
Yes, all our products include the entrance ticket to the monument (except for the purchase of the audio guide only).
Is admission to the Alcázar of Seville included when I book a guided tour?
If you make a booking that includes a guided tour of the Royal Alcázar, you will not receive your tickets by email. Once your booking has been confirmed, you must go on the day and at the time of your guided tour (please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour) to the meeting point indicated in the confirmation email. There you will receive your tickets from our staff and begin the visit together with your guide.
Is the ticket to the Alcázar of Seville included when I book a product with an audio guide?
If you make a booking with an audio guide, you must follow the instructions provided in the booking confirmation email for download or collection.
What documentation do I need to access the Alcázar of Seville?
It is essential to carry an original valid identity document (ID card or passport) to visit the Alcázar of Seville.
Do children need tickets?
Everyone needs a ticket to enter, regardless of age. Without a ticket, access to the monument will not be allowed.
Can I bring my Alcázar of Seville tickets in digital format?
Yes, no problem. Tickets can be presented in any digital format as long as the QR code is clearly legible.
Can I modify or cancel my tickets to the Alcázar of Seville?
Once the booking request has been made, tickets cannot be modified or cancelled, except in very specific cases indicated in the public regulations of the Royal Alcázar.
Can I exercise the right of withdrawal?
No, as established in Law 3/2014 of 27 March, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November. As stated in Article 103, regarding exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

Is it possible to eat inside the monument?
No, eating is not allowed inside the Alcázar of Seville. However, there are designated areas where visitors may eat or rest.
Is there a cloakroom service at the monument?
There are no cloakroom facilities available at the Royal Alcázar.
Is the visit to the Alcázar of Seville cancelled in case of rain?
No, the visit takes place regardless of weather conditions.
What happens if the Alcázar of Seville closes to the public?
On exceptional occasions, the monument informs us of its closure with very little notice. In such cases, we can reschedule your visit for another day or refund 100% of the amount paid. Closures of the monument are rare.
